Service Description

Spiritual rebirth - 6 week program - redefine (or discover) your values, purpose and faith. This is an outdoors program - we will walk for 75 minutes and discuss the content provided prior to the session. By the end of the session we will have developed insights, actions, and measures that are meaningful to each of us. Reduce stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout and self doubt. Reconstitute your identity, find your purpose, create meaning and hope, new skills, friends, outlook and optimism. This is a challenge, only for those who are committed to doing the work and creating a new internal chemistry. Requires brief 15 minute orientation call prior to first outing (March 20).
